At iREN, teenagers in Motivators are on the track to graduate.

Students are encouraged to work in an independent study with specialized and differentiated learning. 

This stage is also paramount in the planning of the rest of their lives. Students explore career paths, learn interviewing and public speaking. They are shown real world experiences to improve their life skills.

Students in motivators have the ability to choose when they graduate and can specialize their curriculum to cater to their future plans.
